What was the challenge?

The original footprint and dated finishes of their existing kitchen left much to be desired for this growing family. With little counter space and only a small corner for seating, these clients were desperate for more space.

What was delivered?

This renovation provided almost triple the preparation space, way more storage, and two new seating areas enough to
comfortably serve up to 9 people. This new and improved kitchen is now functional and stylish .With a mix of matte black and textured gold hardware, plus obsidian blue island and hood fan accents that help tie into the Livingroom. All new appliances greatly improved the kitchens energy efficiency, while the new oversize window above the sink sliding
patio doors brought comfort and connection to the outdoors. New 9ft ceilings allowed for full height cabinetry offering ample storage space and numerous hidden accessories. By removing walls the clients gained an additional 164 sqft to their kitchen and greatly enhanced the flow and connection to their living and dining areas.
