The Canadian Home Builders’ Association recently revealed the recipients of the 2024 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence in Saint John, NB. This year’s competition attracted over 900 entries from various regions, ranging from rural areas to large cities, and from small family-owned businesses to larger developers. The diverse categories encompass a wide array of projects, including entry-level homes, attached and detached homes, renovations at different budget levels, net zero homes and renovations, new communities, and various residential marketing initiatives.
In the 12 renovation categories, RenoMark members achieved outstanding results, with an impressive 89% of the renovation finalists being RenoMark members! Additionally, RenoMark members secured first place in 8 out of the 12 categories.
