It started with our connection with the sales staff. Sales really helped us choose the right windows and doors for us. Which are wonderful by the way. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and we could always rely on them to do what they said they would do. The order placement staff made placing our order easy and smooth. The scheduling people were easy to deal with and worked with us to find the right time for the installation that worked for us and them. The installing team were great to deal with and did a fabulous job of installing the windows and doors. (They were also very clean and tidy. No mess for us to clear up.)
