We had an excellent experience building our home with Facet. Cole, our foreman, was highly experienced, exceptionally organized, and had an incredible eye for detail. He genuinely cared more about our budget than we did at times, always looking for ways to maximize value without compromising quality. The crews were true craftsmen and a pleasure to work with. They were respectful, skilled, and took great pride in their work. Even our neighbors commented on how much they enjoyed having the team on site and said they would miss them when the project wrapped up.

The management team at Facet guided us through every step of the process and was always available to explain the implications of each decision, especially when there were potential knock-on effects to schedule or budget. They also went out of their way to incorporate personal design touches and custom elements without increasing costs, which made our home feel truly unique. We felt supported, informed, and confident throughout the entire build, and we could not be happier with the final result.
