From the start their communication was clear and prompt. Their online software program gave us the ability to see the entire contract at any time (with live updates from their end) and the ability to make/approve changes. Demolition started on time; ALL their subcontractors (flooring, drywall, electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling) were professional and excelled in their various fields; they coordinated with Casey’s Creative Kitchens for the kitchen cabinetry design & installation; along the way some small issues were discovered (to be expected) and the crew ensured everything was fixed appropriately.

The entire project was completed in roughly 6.5 weeks. My husband and I lived upstairs during the whole renovation...and I was 8 months pregnant! Above all, every single Riverside employee and subcontractor was professional and respectful. They ensured our home was always free of any personal garbage and kept as clean as possible.
