After interviewing several builders to take on our significant cottage renovation project; we chose Timberline Custom Homes because of their full service offering from design through to project completion. Their reputation within the Kawartha's was second to none and they did not disappoint. The pre-build process inclusive of design work and permitting was smooth and
working with the designer was amazing. He quickly understood the vision we had for our project and was so responsive in providing updates and modifications until the plans were just right!
We embarked upon the build aspect of our project during the pandemic and knew there would be an increased risk of project delays due to supply chain challenges and labor shortage issues.
Despite these inevitable factors, Timberline was able to complete our project in time for the summer which was our goal from day one. Further, the workmanship was not compromised in any way evidenced by a high quality finished project. Any challenges that came up during the renovation were addressed with transparency on the part of Timberline and we were always able to work together to come up with a winning solution.
The Timberline team, led by Ray were professional, attentive and always customer centric in their approach. We are happy we chose Timberline for our project and are thrilled with our new cottage!
