We had the pleasure of having Mark and Grant oversee our recent kitchen, powder room, ensuite and new flooring renovation. From our initial meeting with Mark, through the completion of our project, we knew we were in good hands.
Our project was such that we were unable to live in our home while the work was being done…this was never a problem as the professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for our home during the process was outstanding and we felt comfortable having their skilled group of trades teams come and go as necessary in our absence.
We were able to track the progress on line and view photos in real time so that wherever we were in the world, we felt informed and had the ability to resolve any challenges that might arise. There were occasions when I felt at ease saying to Mark ‘do what you think is best’. That is how much faith and trust I have in Urban Roots.
Lastly, a renovation can be stressful, and I am grateful for Mark’s understanding and support throughout the project. His calm and honest approach, along with a genuine desire to ensure everything is done right is why we look forward to having Urban Roots return for phase two of our house overhaul this summer.
