The Canadian Home Builders’ Association has announced the finalists for the 2025 CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence. This year, the competition saw over 1,000 entries from diverse regions, from rural areas to major cities, and included submissions from both small family-owned businesses and larger developers. The awards cover a wide range of categories, such as entry-level homes, attached and detached homes, renovations across various budget levels, net zero homes and renovations, new communities, and different residential marketing initiatives.
Notably, in the 12 renovation categories, RenoMark members excelled, with 61% of the finalists being RenoMark members.
