What was the challenge?

A couple recently purchased a home that needed some serious work but were committed to maintaining the unique elements that made it special. They took on a full upgrade, including revamping the kitchen and outdoor living space, while ensuring those key features remained intact.

What was delivered?

This home renovation project features a stunning new look both inside and out, including a low-maintenance pool and deck. The flow throughout the home has been improved with a striking L-shaped functional kitchen that is open to the living space. The modern industrial aesthetic highlights key features and adds warmth with salvaged cedar-plank boards and an original granite-stone fireplace. The home is now more energy-efficient and has improved outdoor living space, with new patio sliding/stacking-doors and an exposed steel-beam on the exterior covered-patio. The kitchen boasts gorgeous two-tone cabinetry and a matte finish quartz-countertop.
