What was the challenge?

The reason for the renovation was deeply personal for the homeowners, who fell in love with the property and sought to transform it into a reflection of their unique style and preferences. Embracing a modern Tudor aesthetic, the design incorporated rich, dark tones, a mix of materials, and brass accents throughout, creating a warm yet stylish ambiance. Energy-efficient upgrades like exterior insulation and high-efficiency windows were also introduced, enhancing the home’s performance and comfort.

The interior layout was reimagined to maximize space and functionality, resulting in a larger kitchen and dining area, a welcoming front entrance, and a new triple garage with expanded living space above it. This ambitious renovation required specialized skills and effective communication with sub-trades and designers to ensure a high-quality finish, ultimately delivering a home that perfectly aligns with the homeowners’ vision and lifestyle.
