What was the challenge?

These clients were looking to modernize the curb appeal of their home while staying true to it’s original structure and architecture. They wanted to create a welcoming front porch area while matching the exterior of their home with their newly remodeled interior.

What was delivered?

In order to acheive a modern new look, Van Manna Homes painted the existing brick on the home and replacing the old cedar shakes roof material with a modern black metal roof. This allowed them to blend new and old materials for a look that is fresh and current, but saved substantial costs for the homeowners.A bold and contrasting color palette of white and black with a mix of horizontal and vertical exterior materials adds interest and creates a classic modern farmhouse style. The exterior of the home is now unified with the interior of the home, which is welcoming, modern, white and bright. They also updated the windows for not only a more cohesive look, but also for better energy efficiency. The bright and fresh exterior materials allow the greenery from their yard and golf course view to be a dominant feature of the property.
