What was the challenge?

After establishing roots in the community over the past few years, the clients were certain that they had found their forever home. However, the finishes of the home were very basic, and they desired to make it their own. Although the home had good bones, they determined that a full facelift was necessary to achieve the desired result. While Reborn Renovations did not need to match the existing finishes, they maximized the home’s potential within the current layout and carefully allotted the budget to cover all the areas on the clients’ to-do list.

What was delivered?

Reborn Renovations blended luxury finishes with standard basics, resulting in an elevated and well-done home. Their main objective was to create finishes that were easy to maintain yet not dull, appealing to the clients’ fast-paced lifestyle. They rearranged the kitchen and ensuite cabinetry to allow for better workflow. Reborn Renovations were lucky to have the ability to facelift the whole home so there was not a lot of integration required. The result was a completely unique home that satisfied the clients’ vision.
