This full-home renovation transformed the property into a sophisticated retreat featuring high-end finishes and advanced systems. The kitchen showcases Dekton countertops with mitered waterfall edges, a chevron backsplash, and custom cabinetry paired with panel-ready appliances for a sleek look. The primary bathroom offers a spa-like experience with a Kohler DTV system, steam shower, and Bain Ultra tub with aromatherapy and heated backrest. Additional highlights include a custom wine cellar, LED-lit glass staircase, and a versatile basement with a wet bar and media area. Energy efficiency was prioritized through spray-foamed walls, high-performance windows, improved air tightness, and upgraded insulation, qualifying for the Greener Homes Grant. Despite challenges with structural modifications and integrating advanced systems, the result is a luxurious, sustainable home tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle.
