What was the challenge?

These homeowners were looking for a luxurious space with all of the amenities of their condo living lifestyle. Inspired by some of the best hotels in the world, this personal wellness space includes a hair salon, a total fitness center and a
massage therapy room for the ultimate in at-home pampering.

What was delivered?

Planned during the covid-19 pandemic, this space allows these busy homeowners the luxury of having all of the typical
services safely come to them – a personal trainer, a hairstylist, and even a massage therapist. The homeowners customized the gym and recreation area to embrace the waterfront views and support their active lifestyle.
The gym has sports impact flooring for safety and comfort and is large enough to allow multiple users.

The addition of sculptural columns finished in a high-gloss treatment with vertical LED strip lighting serves as an architectural lighting feature and is also designed to hide existing structural columns. A full caterers’ kitchen is also tucked in to the basement, keeping the main floor kitchen free for entertaining large groups of guests while enabling excellent service from food professionals.
