What was delivered?

Modern Farmhouse based on rear lane design but marries the rear detached double garage to the house for a unique inner city look. Symmetrical design with windows, roof lines spacing all equating to consistent ratios.
Truly open concept with no structure posts – full span engineered floor systems allowing for increased design functionality. Primary suite covers the entire level featuring an ensuite living wall and 16 sq. ft. skylight, office, and private hallway separated by a metal and glass framed wall. Custom stand out features such as: custom cabinetry and upcycled materials used throughout, smart home enabled, LED lighting, and enhanced outdoor spaces.
