Before starting our first renovation all I heard was horror stories from others. So we were very very nervous starting the process of removing a wall and completely re-designing the main floor of our 3 story, 25 year old, townhouse. BUT once we met Babak and the process started, our fears vanished and we love our new space.

So what did they do right?

- Dave's project coordination was amazing. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.
- solving the inevitable problems while still helping us keep costs down.
- Staying on top of the sub-contractors and hiring the best.
- Understanding building code limitations of Stratas and helping to find solutions with the designer to make sure the design was not compromised.
- Keeping up with the mess and making sure things stayed as reasonably tidy as possible. I can't emphasize enough what a difference that makes having witnessed a few messes left behind with my neighbour's contractors.

Most importantly though I want to really commend their communications. Daily logs with pictures during the demolition phase made us feel much better observing it all remotely. Letting us know of any changes or issues in a timely manner. When I showed others, especially those with nightmare renovation stories, the daily logs they were blown away.

Also, the communication with our designer was great. She did not have to compromise the vision, even when we found not everything was possible. (99%was though).

We highly recommend Condoworks and are doing so to anyone who asks. And if we do the 2nd and 3rd floors, we will call Babak again.
