What was the challenge?

Update home from 1970’s design to a cleaner modern look. Kids now at an age where they aren’t destroying everything.

Primary challenges centered around acquiring high end products which were hard to get because of COVID supply chain issues. However, project still met the scheduled deadline for completion.

What was delivered?

improved energy efficiency with new windows, doors and insulation. Updated space to on-trend colours, design and materials throughout the renovated spaces. Provided a new flex space in the office with custom Murphy bed. Renovated basement bedrooms, added a new entertainment space for the family, and a custom laundry room. Incorporated unique and much needed storage in the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, family room and basement. Created a complete smart home that is controlled from a smart phone including lights, alarms, blinds, stereo system, heating and cooling. Added unique features like heated tile floors in the bathroom, custom designed and constructed barn-door, wine display wall, and so much more.
