This condo renovation aimed to enhance functionality and aesthetics by relocating the laundry area, creating an open-concept kitchen for family gatherings, expanding the master closet, and adding more lighting. Integrating natural light and water views improved the living experience and property value. Increasing kitchen counter space and improving air quality were practical enhancements for a healthier living environment, focusing on improving quality of life and space enjoyment for the clients.

What was Delivered?

This waterfront condo renovation combines functionality and aesthetics to maximize water views and reflect the client’s love for rain and nature. Removing walls between the kitchen and den enhances natural light and creates a spacious, seamless flow. Details include a raindrop glass backsplash, double-counter design, neutral color scheme, and integrated storage for a contemporary look. The design extends to guest bath, living room, fireplace, flooring, bedrooms, and bathrooms, combining practicality with personalized design.
