What was the challenge?

These clients were seeking to create their forever home, one that could adapt to their changing needs as their family grew. Their top priority was a modern open kitchen and great room, complete with four bedrooms, an office, and a luxurious en-suite. The exterior of the house was also in need of a complete overhaul.

What was delivered?

To achieve their dream home, they raised the entire second storey, including the roof, to increase ceiling heights from 8ft to 9ft on the main floor and 7’6” to 9ft on the upper floor. Every interior wall was reframed to allow for a more functional floor plan, with the addition of a third garage bay. The end result was a beautiful home with an open concept living space on the main floor and an ultimate master retreat upstairs. The bedroom led directly to a master en-suite, closet, and laundry room for the ultimate in convenience.
