The perfect house on the perfect acreage with a bland dated monotone exterior badly needed an exterior revival. The owners decided to renovate the exterior to enhance the property’s curb appeal and increase its overall value. They also wanted to create a welcoming atmosphere that reflected their personal style and made a lasting impression on visitors.

What was delivered?

The project distinguishes itself by meticulously focusing on unique design elements, featuring a monotone exterior makeover that includes sleek grey acrylic stucco, modern grey stone, and black window frames. This creates a visually stunning and cohesive appearance, aligning perfectly with the homeowner’s desire for a clean, classy, and modern aesthetic. The addition of an Outdoor Living Space with a louvered roof not only enhances visual appeal but also provides a luxurious and functional area for outdoor relaxation and entertainment.
